Cancellations & Changes
Because our printing process starts almost immediately, cancellations are only possible in the short window before your order enters production.
If you need to cancel, email us at hello@whimsytots.com right away, and we will stop it if we still can. Once production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind):
All wallpaper rolls are made-to-order and are final sale.
Because every roll is printed in a specific batch to ensure color accuracy, we cannot resell returned rolls to other customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Leftover rolls (ordering too much).
- Color preferences.
The Risk-Free Way:
We highly recommend ordering a Sample Pack first!
Even better, we credit the cost of your samples back to you when you place your full order. It’s essentially free insurance for your design.

Important Details
To ensure everything is clear and fair, here are the specific details regarding refund processing times and exceptions.
Refund Processing Time:
In the rare event that a monetary refund is approved (e.g., for an order canceled before production began), it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Refused Packages:
If you refuse a package at delivery, it will be considered "Abandoned." Since custom wallpaper cannot be restocked, refused packages are not eligible for a refund.
Textured Walls Disclaimer:
Our adhesive is magical, but it needs a smooth surface. Our guarantee covers adhesion to smooth, flat walls only. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the wallpaper does not stick to textured surfaces (like orange peel or knockdown).
