2. Performance Vinyl (Peel & Stick): A heavyweight (370g), durable material with a textured canvas feel. It is washable and scratch-resistant.
3. Classic Paper (Pre-Pasted): A traditional eco-friendly paper activated with water. It has a smooth semi-gloss finish.
(Note: We also offer commercial-grade Type II Vinyl for trade accounts upon request).

Yes. Safety is our top priority. Our Signature Fabric and Classic Paper are 100% PVC-free. All our materials (including Performance Vinyl) are printed using Epson UltraChrome GS3 inks, which are GREENGUARD Gold Certified. This means they meet strict standards for low chemical emissions and are safe for sensitive environments like schools and nurseries.

Yes! Our Peel & Stick wallpaper (Signature Fabric and Performance Vinyl) is the ultimate renter-friendly solution. It stays up as long as you want (years!), but when it's time to move, it peels off cleanly without leaving sticky residue. Perfect for apartments and nurseries.

No. As long as your wall was originally primed and painted properly (and allowed to cure for 30 days before install), our wallpaper comes off cleanly. It is designed to hold tight but release gently when pulled correctly.

Yes! However, you must choose the right material. Performance Vinyl is our 'Heavyweight Champion' - it resists humidity and moisture, making it perfect for full bathrooms with showers. Signature Fabric works well in powder rooms but is not recommended for high-humidity zones.

Yes! We highly recommend ordering a sample first to feel the texture and see the colors in your lighting.

Yes. For Signature Fabric & Classic Paper, use a dry microfiber cloth or a slightly damp sponge for gentle spot cleaning. For Performance Vinyl, you can use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe away sticky fingerprints. (Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach).

We use Epson UltraChrome GS3 inks. They are chosen for their vivid color and family-safe formula (GREENGUARD Gold Certified, nickel-free, and low-odor).

No. We print with fade-resistant archival inks. However, just like fine art, we recommend avoiding constant, direct UV sunlight for maximum longevity.

Yes. Our Signature Fabric and Classic Paper are PVC-free, and all prints use low-emission inks. We also made-to-order, meaning we don't waste resources producing stock that ends up in a landfill.

Yes. Our standard materials are durable enough for boutiques and daycares. For high-traffic corridors or hotels requiring specific fire ratings, please contact us about our Type II Vinyl options.

Absolutely. You don't need to be a pro! Our Peel & Stick options are designed for DIY. Many parents install them during nap time. We even include a free smoothing tool in your box.

It depends on the material, but it's easy! Peel & Stick: Peel the backing, stick, and smooth. Prepasted: Spray with water, 'book' (fold), and stick. Check out our full Easy Installation Guide here.

It’s easy. You don't need steamers or chemicals. Just start at a top corner and pull slowly at a 45-degree angle.
Pro Tip: Use a hair dryer on a low heat setting to warm up the adhesive as you pull - it makes the paper slide right off like butter!

Our wallpaper works best on smooth, flat, painted walls (drywall). We do not recommend installing on textured surfaces (like Orange Peel or Stucco) as the adhesive cannot grip properly. Also, if you recently painted, you must wait 30 days for the paint to cure.

No. We design our murals with a Butt Joint. This means the panels line up edge-to-edge (they 'kiss' each other). You do not need to overlap them, which gives you a seamless look.

A clean wall is the secret to success! Wipe your wall down with warm water and a microfiber cloth (no chemicals) to remove dust. Let it dry for 24 hours before you start.

No. Please remove old wallpaper first to ensure a smooth finish and proper adhesion.

Go slow. Smooth from the center outwards. If you get a bubble, push it to the edge. For stubborn ones, poke a tiny hole with a needle and press the air out.

No. We do not recommend it. The adhesive needs a flat surface to grip. Texture will cause the paper to fall off or look bumpy.

Measure the widest width and the tallest height of your wall. The Golden Rule: Always add 2 inches to both measurements to account for walls that aren't perfectly straight. See our How To Measure Your Wall page.

Our murals are sold in Standard Size Kits (e.g., 96, 108, 120 inch heights). You should measure your wall and then round up to the next available size. You will simply trim the excess at the bottom!

We rely on you to add the margin! Please add 2 inches to your total height and width when ordering to ensure you have enough paper to trim off the edges.

Don't subtract them! Measure the wall as if it were a solid rectangle. You need the full pattern to print correctly. During installation, you will simply cut the wallpaper away from the door or window frame.

Measure the tallest point and the widest point. Treat the wall like a full rectangle. You will simply trim away the excess paper around the slope during installation.

Yes! Send us your dimensions and a photo. We’d love to help you get it right.

Our panels are 24 inches wide. Your kit will contain enough panels to cover the total width you selected. They are numbered for easy installation!

Totally fine. Just measure the specific area you want to cover, add your 2-inch buffer, and order that size.

Yes. If you have a unique wall size that doesn't fit our standard kits, or if you want to adjust the scale of a pattern, please contact us for a custom quote.

If you want to wrap a corner, measure Wall A and Wall B separately, add the widths together, and order a kit that covers the total width.

Production: Every roll is printed to order, which typically takes 2-5 business days.

Shipping: Once your order ships, transit times are roughly 3-5 business days to the USA, 2-5 business days to Europe, and 5-10 business days to the rest of the world.

For most US orders, plan on roughly 5-10 business days from order to doorstep. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

No. We cover all customs, duties, and import taxes for you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay—no surprise fees at delivery!

Every order ships on a priority service by default, at no extra cost to you. We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and we automatically select a fast shipping option for your region so your nursery is ready sooner. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Yes. You’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Please double-check your address at checkout, since our system sends orders to print quickly. If you spot a mistake, email us at hello@whimsytots.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet gone into production, we can usually update it free of charge. Once it is in production, an address change may still be possible but a carrier fee applies and cannot be guaranteed. Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check around your porch and with neighbors first, and give it a day, as carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at hello@whimsytots.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that carriers require a waiting period before a package is officially considered lost, so these cases can take a little time to resolve, but we will stay on it with you until it's sorted.

Because our printing process starts almost immediately, cancellations are only possible in the short window before your order enters production. If you need to cancel, email us at hello@whimsytots.com right away, and we will stop it if we still can. Once production begins, the order can no longer be canceled.

Carriers will usually leave it at your door. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link so you know when to grab it!

We’ll fix it immediately. If your order arrives damaged or has a print flaw, you do not need to return it. Snap a photo, email it to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a free replacement. Read more about our Happiness Guarantee.

If the defect is a manufacturing error (like ink drops), we will replace the affected panels. Please stop installing and take a photo right away. For details, please visit our Returns and Refunds page.

We want you to love your room. If something doesn’t feel right, email us! We will help troubleshoot or offer a fair solution under our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

Since custom items aren't returnable, you usually don't need to send anything back! For damage claims, just email photos to hello@whimsytots.com.

Because every roll is printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or leftover rolls. We know that it is a bigger commitment than buying off a shelf, which is why we recommend ordering a sample pack first, and we credit the cost of your samples back to you when you place your full order. If your item arrives defective, it is fully covered under our 100% Happiness Guarantee.

Because the product is custom-made, we cannot exchange it. However, please reach out to us! We might be able to offer a discount on a replacement order or help you find a creative solution.

We prioritize free replacements for any issue, since that gets a perfect roll on your wall faster. In the rare event a monetary refund is approved — for example, an order canceled before production began — it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post it.

Since every order is custom-made, we don't offer standard exchanges. But if there is a defect, we will absolutely replace it!

We rush reprints! Replacement panels are usually printed within 3-5 business days and shipped via our standard fast carriers.
