How long will it take?

Please remember that Total Delivery Time = Production (Printing) + Shipping.

Production Time:

Every roll is printed to order. This typically takes 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). We do not hold old stock in dusty warehouses!

Shipping Speed:

Once your order ships out, here is how long it takes to travel:

  • USA: 3-5 Business Days.
  • Europe: 2-5 Business Days.
  • Rest of World: 5-10 Business Days.

For most US orders, plan on roughly 5-10 business days from order to doorstep. Every order ships with tracking, handled by reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Important Details

We want the journey from our printer to your porch to be smooth and stress-free. Here is everything you need to know about tracking your package and managing delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

As soon as your wallpaper is printed and packed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tip: It often takes 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking link after you get the email.

Wrong Address:

Please double-check your address at checkout! Because our system is automated to print quickly, the window to change an address is short.

If your order has already gone into production, an address change may require a carrier fee and cannot be guaranteed, and once the package has been picked up it cannot be changed at all.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee will apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please check around your porch and with neighbors first, and give it a day, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.

If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at hello@whimsytots.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Please note that carriers require a waiting period before a package is officially considered lost, so these cases can take a little time to resolve, but we will stay on it with you until it's sorted.
