We guarantee a free replacement for any print defects, shipping damage, or sizing errors made by us.
A note on walls:
Our adhesive is magical, but it needs a smooth surface. Our guarantee covers adhesion to smooth, flat walls only. We cannot guarantee adhesion on textured surfaces (like orange peel or knockdown), so please check your walls first!
How to claim:
Just snap a clear photo of the issue and email us at hello@whimsytots.com within 30 days of delivery. We will rush a replacement to you.
Printed Just for You
Unlike big box stores that have rolls sitting in dusty warehouses, we print your wallpaper specifically for your order. This ensures zero waste and guarantees that every roll comes from the exact same color batch.
Our Return Policy:
Because every roll is printed just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for measurement mistakes. We know that is a bigger commitment than buying off a shelf, so we have built in a way to make sure you feel completely sure before you order.
The Solution:
We want you to feel 100% confident before you buy! We highly recommend grabbing a sample pack first so you can touch the texture and see the colors in your own light.
